I bought two pairs of New Balance shoes from these folks. It was indeed a great experience. The clerk first measured my foot (how many of you have guessed your shoe size and get it wrong ordering online?) and asked what I wanted and pulled several pairs from stock. She put them on and what a difference it made from my previous shoes!! I was standing up a bit straighter than before and the fit was perfect. The new location is definitely a major down grade. It was VERY DIRTY and disorganized and seems like their store appearance and employee standards have fallen off. It’s unfortunate since it’s in a prime retail location. On the bright side, they did seem to have more selections than before. I’ll probably pass on this location in the future. This was a mid-day visit on a Tuesday and it was very slow. Maybe consider hiring a professional cleaning crew :)
Good quality shoes. Particularly helpful for foot problems, your comfort is their goal. Great service.
My Ruby, a therapy dog, visiting her boyfriend Hank while my mom and I shop for shoes! Love this place; it’s the only place I buy shoes! Excellent service and shoe quality every time , and the added bonus is their employee Hank who works on the weekends!
