I bought two pairs of New Balance shoes from these folks. It was indeed a great experience. The clerk first measured my foot (how many of you have guessed your shoe size and get it wrong ordering online?) and asked what I wanted and pulled several pairs from stock. She put them on and what a difference it made from my previous shoes!! I was standing up a bit straighter than before and the fit was perfect.
