I had a great experience at Goodmans. GM Stuart Hamilton was incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He walked me through my office furniture options without being pushy or overly sales-focused. It felt like he genuinely wanted to help me find the right fit. Highly recommend!
They were very willing to help me out with a Aeron chair that I disassembled so that it could be moved. However, I realized it was a bit more complicated and needed help to put back together. Eldin at Goodmans was willing to swap my 25 year old chair that needed to be reassembled with an another one they had that was about the same age and quality. That meant I didn’t have to study YouTube videos to get it back together! I declare that Goodmans is all about customer service!!!
