Mr Goodman was very kind, respectful and compassionate about our issue. He was also very informative. He couldn’t help us but he directed us to a person who could and then followed up to make sure we got the information . We want to Thank him for being so attentive to our issue. We were grateful for his time and all the pertinent information that was given. We will reach out again if needed.
Ted Goodman was great at helping us resolve our issue of a lien put on our home. We got it removed and are happy to do so. Thank you for your help. I definitely recommend Mr. Goodman.
Ted and his family have been involved with my family his entire life, both personally and professionally. He wrote my father's will and made the amendments to it but wouldn't take a 15 minute call (fully expected to compensate Ted for his time)to answer 2-3 quick clarification questions. Yet, he had his office make 3 calls to me over 2 days with questions only for them to finally tell me he wasn't available until January for a quick call.
