3 years ago we were looking to purchase an investment property in Searcy County, and had contacted Sue expressing interest in a particular property. We live out of state and arranged for a date about a week in advance to drive up and meet her at Ferguson’s then go look at house. Moving to Arkansas
They do not want to sell you land. Incredible. I simply wanted to know where exactly a property is located. I asked nearly three weeks ago. I am having flash backs to 9 years ago when I had the same trouble begging agents to show properties. It’s like pulling teeth. We finally were able to buy. We have since sold it. ON OUR OWN for the same reason. How do you pay your bills if you don’t do your job? I’ve never seen anything like the lazy agents in this state. Good grief.
