I started service with Goodman in MAY 2015. We had one (of two visits in the plan) performed. We were never contacted by Goodman again. After nearly a year, I contacted Goodman again, requesting that they look into the matter. They told me that they had lost my phone number and simply never contacted to schedule the remainder of the plan. (They did not lose my address?!. They used to be a great company. Used them a lot in the past. They are just not the same - different repair techs each time - most less experienced than the previous one. Their quality has gone down and their prices have increased. Maybe they are under new ownership? I don't know what else would cause such a decline in quality.
