Amazing experience. My daughter is super happy.
I had a very positive experience with Dr. Goodman. He was extremely kind, informative, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The clinical staff were also very pleasant and welcoming, and the office itself was clean and well maintained. The only area I feel could use some improvement is the front desk experience. I would have appreciated clearer and more thorough communication regarding pricing and the different costs involved. We have been with Dr. Goodman for the past five years, for both my daughter and son. The process was great, with very friendly and knowledgeable personal, minimal wait time. whenever we had a problem they were there for us, even with short notice. results were great!
Recently I had an appointment at Goodman Orthodontics. The entire experience …arranging the appointment, meeting with Dr. Goodman, his exam, a scan, the discussion, my exit, was courteous, professional, informative and very helpful. Dr. Goodman exceeding my expectations. He and his staff are Champions like the Knicks!!!
