Dr. Goodman's team is polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Goodman's demeanor is warm, friendly, caring and puts you at ease quickly. Above all, Dr. Goodman is an extremely knowledgeable and kind. This is rare in the professional world.
Great staff and smooth visit
This was the second of my children to need braces. The first time I went with another practice in Manhattan and it was an assembly line with no personal service. I can’t praise Dr Goodman’s office enough. The office is impeccable, the staff is professional, courteous and friendly. Billing was seamless. I was just telling my child that if her sibling needs braces later on, I will DEFINITELY be a return customer. I can’t praise this establishment enough. The staff is courteous, helpful and very attentive. My family and I are never rushed or made to feel uncomfortable. I have three kids, and all three have received exceptional service here. Two are still under treatment. We highly recommend Dr. Goodman and his staff.
Wonderful staff. Everyone, including the doctors, assistants, receptionists, and others, help create a first-class experience. Would 100% recommend this marvelous practice.
