I never thought I'd be that guy writing a negative review about a company unless it was over something REALLY bad. We'll it looks like Goodman has earned that honor. I bought a new 2 ton ac unit for my downstairs about 2 years ago and the evaporator coil is already busted. I didn't do anything wrong and the repair for just the labor will cost over $1000. I called Goodman hoping they would understand the situation and they didn't seem to care that their parts warranty isn't worth spit when your product is basically defective.... read more
