Extremely disappointed with Goodman distributor York. This is the second time they’ve given us the wrong A-coil, causing unnecessary delays and frustration for both our team and our customers. Mistakes happen, but when it becomes a pattern, it shows a lack of attention to detail and care. We expect better from a professional distributor.
The team here is absolutely wonderful to deal with. They are very knowledgeable, communicate well, and provide excellent customer service!!! Highly recommend!
