I used Goodman Glass about 2 yrs ago when a Grass Cutter used his seat on mower to mow my front lawn causing a little stone to hit my Glass Winter Door. Goodman Glass did a good job .I remember good co'.s . I owe Goodman Glass 5 stars for job well done about 2 yrs. ago. Got rid of the grass cutter.
We recently had a Provia door installed. Mike worked with us through several iterations of door specifications to ensure we got the door we wanted, and he was never a high-pressure salesman. The installation team was courteous and professional; they put in a full day's work with this door installation. After the door was installed, we felt like a few adjustments were needed and Mike and his team came back to address our concerns. Goodman Glass stands behind their work, and they truly care about customer satisfaction.
Front office was kind but backroom is dishonest and will charge you for work that was not performed. Long story so I'll give the highlights: -Asked for new sliding screen door and needed to hand in my existing door even though they had the measurements. -Was quoted a week but had to wait 2 weeks for a parts delay that I didnt know about until close to the end. -Was told that they repaired my old door with new screen mesh instead of making a new one for a $50 charge.
