We applied for a home after confirming on your website that it was listed as pet-friendly. After submitting our application, we were treated as though we were attempting to sneak in a dog, which was frustrating and unprofessional. Since the listing contained false or misleading information, we believe it is only fair to receive a refund for our application fee. Posting inaccurate details about a property to collect application fees feels deceptive, and we expect this to be resolved promptly.
A rental property agency, very professional and polite
I never leave reviews on anything but I couldn’t get over this. I’m trying to find a rental in Yuba City, and have being trying to contact this property management company for A MONTH! I’ve left numerous messages (including today 02/18/25) because they NEVER ANSWER the phone, but still got NO ANSWER, NOTHING. I wonder why people still use this business to manage their properties since they clearly don’t have any interest in renting out properties. IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO I WOULD!
