Great Customer Service!
Honestly, I don't know how to leave a review for the entire company. But Goodman is absolutely awful to work with! Aside from Tonya who I spoke with on the phone in early August, she was understanding she just couldn't get things moving. Our AC became nonfunctional July 28th due to a leak in the condenser coil of a 2 yr old unit. The parts are under warranty.
