Ive been a customer here for a very very long time, spend close to a million a year at this branch alone! and ever since April Left the branch the new manager doesnt know her head from her behind!! She cancelled PO's on me that were on back order for months and reset me on the list. i ordered a part from factory on March4th i got called at 4:15 that it arrived and the following morning she cancelled it and gave it to another company. if it wasnt for Evan and Greg in this making it right i was about to drop daikin all togethe... read more
