dory is the most disrespectful and unprofessional person ive ever spoken to in all my time in this trade. Will not be returning.
Had a customer down after i was informed an aftermarket motor paired with the customers system per the rep blew back and ruined the control board and transformer. waited 3 weeks for parts, put in the oem motor and new board per daikin. turns out it needed a replacement chip for the new motor as well. i’m over it, anytime i see daikin on a house im just gonna recommend a new unit. it’s been excruciating dealing with this and other peoples systems.
Not a lot of room in the back to dock but it is sufficient. Quick unload. Overall good experience
Very helpful and courteous. I would recommend them to my customers and friends.
