Called for warranty questions. Person says can’t help you you’re not a certified tech. Wouldn’t use this company.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this company has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I've ever had. I have an Amana inverter heat pump that was installed less than three years ago. The EEV coil failed, so a technician I know went through this location to warranty the replacement part. When the part finally arrived, it was not only used, but it was also the wrong part. Paul was excellent. Very professional and knew exactly what was needed to be done. We got the compressor in, in time before the heat wave. And was able to get AC cooling for the establishment. He knows his stuff! Communications 👌 customer service 👌 Paul 👌
