Had to claim warranty for a customer in need, Gilbert assisted me was very clear and friendly. You can tell he cares about his work and you have to respect that, along with colleagues all very friendly. I had to leave a review. One of the best customer service I’ve experienced from anywhere. 👍
Anthony, John, Gilbert are amazing providing service to costumers. Paul is always answers our technical questions. Meena has been amazing taking care of us.
I would give zero if I could. Technician diagnosed issue as gas valve. Used one replacement and it wasn’t working. Second replacement intermittently worked with a faulty wire harness. Company would not honour warranty on products with technician. I have to now get a second company who can pressure them to support their parts. Will never buy this furnace brand ever and recommend to all my friends. I will be without heating for a week while waiting for second service technician and hopefully a working replacement part.
