Absolutely horrible. On referral from a neurologist, I made an appointment for my daughter to see a neurosurgeon. After waiting 90 min to be seen (after having been told we were the FIRST appointment after lunch), a resident walked into the room. I let him know that we had an appointment with Dr. Shapiro and he arrogantly said, "No, you have an appointment with Goodman Campbell Brain and Spine. You may leave if you like." I am being turned away, with progressive severe spinal problems that will eventually leave me a quadrapelgic. I never got to see a real doctor, only a nurse practioner (donna purviance), even though my referral was to a DOCTOR. And when Anthem denied my mri/ct tests because they needed a peer-to-peer for more details, not just pain in my neck & spine, she refused to pursue trying to get my tests approved. RecommendedThis staff has been absolutely amazing as I have worked through neck issues and back pain. They have taken the time to listen to needs and scheduling concerns. Dr. Schmidt and Dr. Khairi are both professional and caring- taking the time to listen!
Staff and Dr. Eads are the best. Dr. Eads explained everything clearly, recommended treatment, and thoroughly answered our questions. I highly recommend this practice as they were an answer to our prayers.
RecommendedI have had 5 back surgeries at Goodman Campbell and am having another, which will be scheduled after I see Dr. Potts tomorrow. Dr. Wilson has given me injections for years and Kim Bryant has been so understanding and supportive. I can't say enough good things about the doctors, nurses and staff. I am about 12 weeks post-op from having a skull base tumor removed and Dr. Cohen is a fantastic Neurosurgeon. I would like to say that he and his team are wonderful.
