Both Dr. Shah and his assistant Cheryl were both extremely nice, personable, and patient with myself and my daughter (the patient). She is soon to be 18 and made her feel at ease with what she can expect in the next few months. He took the time to get to know her before going into the details of the surgery. She graduates high school in a few months and was willing to find the right time for surgery so she doesn’t miss all of her graduating senior events. Highly recommend!
I was extremely disappointed when after much consideration I decided to go to a "back specialist" for the first time. I had already received a proper diagnosis and was looking for treatment. I was given 5 minutes by a physician assistant that misdiagnosed part of the problem then wanted to send me down that rabbit hole. The PA was probably 30 minutes behind so he decided to make it up on my appointment. My PCP does a better job with my back and just decided to go back to him for treatment. I debated leaving a bad review, as I think sometimes places just aren't right for me. However, I visited Goodman Campbell, Greenwood location, about a month ago for severe back pain, nerve pain and slipped discs that was confirmed by a radiologist, chiropractor and the spine doctor I ended up going to after Goodman Campbell. I was scheduled with Dr. Shah and when I arrived to my appointment, I was seen by the PA and not the doctor I was scheduled to see.
