Sauna open during staffed hours :) powerlifting facilities but no Oly lifting
Been training at the gym since fitness first days, the equipment is definitely due for an overhaul. Old and outdated. Great staff and location.
Nik is amazing ! The gym is great, clean and spacious even in peak hours! Although slight mess up with paper work at start of membership, Nik was awesome and got everything sorted !
