Horrible experience after being with the gym chain for years! Maybe other locations are better but south melbourne branch very disappointing, I would not recommend. I was with good life since 2015 started out in preston then moved to south melbourne. I restarted my membership in south Melbourne and asked if I would have the same benefits that I always had as it was the same level of membership. The membership manager (Stefan) said yes to me. Sehr gutes Studio, große Bereiche, Geräte alle im echt guten Zustand. Umkleidebereich ist groß, Duschen gibt es viele und gut in Kabinen getrennt. Es gibt auch eine kleine Sauna in der Umkleide jedoch nicht sehr heiß. Mitarbeiter sind zwar recht nett aber man wird quasi auch penetrant zum Vertrag unterzeichnen aufgefordert. Daher hier ein Stern Abzug. Wurde vom Mitarbeiter 'Ari' mehrmals angerufen und mit Angeboten und Rabatten zugehäuft. Nicht alles wurde danach eingehalten. Aber an sich ein recht günstiges Studio.

I'd be very cautious about signing up with them. Even if you cancel they still keep taking your money. Always check your account. There's sneaky fees and they don't do what you ask of them. Edit: I really appreciate the reply. I cancelled my membership 3 months ago and all payments had stopped. However, this month the funds were taken from my account again. I did reach out to your team who assured me a solution would be reached in 3 days but here I am still waiting for my refund over a week later.
