Venue and machines are Always clean and well maintained, staff are friendly and all have a positive vibe making it such a pleasure to complete a class or workout.
Nicole is friendly engaging and fun. She motivated the participants and works us hard. I love her warm greeting, gorgeous smile and that she took the time to learn the names of her regular clients. She’s the best!! 👏👏👏
Spoke to lil from gym, the worst phone called. She kept asking if I could decide today, and it felt very pressuring. It seemed like if I said no, she wasn’t interested in continuing the conversation. This made me uncomfortable, as it felt more like she just wanted to make a quick sale of membership rather than genuinely help me. I will never join the club even they offered me the good price. I don’t think I will get smiling face when I visit the gym.
