I really enjoy how helpful the instructor is. It really makes the class more enjoyable.
Great gym, they keep updating and changing to make space and the machines more user friendly. It is also great to see that there are more handles of different types for any cable work available. Thoroughly recomended.
It's been good. I just wish they had an abductor/adductor chair.
I really enjoyed the instructor that I had on Tuesday 13th January 5pm session. I don't recall her name, but I loved her mannerisms, approach, her help and guidance, and the way she approached everything and helped everyone where needed in the class. I have also had other instructors who are equally inviting, helpful and have a lovely way they guide the class.
