Great customer service from a young man called Riley. He was friendly and polite. I had a lot of questions to ask, and he answered all of them.

(Just found out that this review was deleted after they had the audacity to call my partner if I have joined their membership) I asked for a trial, the lady told me ok and arranged a trial date with me, but I told her I may not able to go on that date and she said I could just not reply the confirmation text so no worries. So I didn’t reply to the confirmation text because I wasn’t able to go on the date. Very disappointing experience with Goodlife Ringwood. I clicked the “Try for Free” banner on the website underneath the EOFY sale promotion because I wanted to try the gym before committing to a long-term membership. After signing up, I was told that the “Try for Free” offer was separate from the EOFY promotion, which only applied to 12–18 month contracts. This wasn’t clear during the sign-up process.
