Tuesday nights and Thursday mornings with Steve are flipping hard but Steve make it super fun .. this is a new thing for me at 50+ and he is encouraging and makes me laugh.. great gym to be apart of in my new journey to get fitter.
Love this gym, has everything you need and especially a great range of classes and range of times. Especially early morning which suits me. Great value, especially for reformer pilates. I started last year with no prior experience and all the instructors have been great, especially Sam. I was a bit nervous coming from a women's only gym, but had nothing to worry about...everyone is friendly. Would highly recommend.
Jenny is a fantastic instructor who really knows her pilates methods. She is very helpful and informative as well as being friendly and professional.
Goodlife Mornington has been brilliant for me, from the moment you enter and a cheerful greeting to the moment you leave and a lovely farewell. The treadmills, step machines, rowing machines and all the rest of the cardio gear is both plentiful, clean and in good working order. The weight gym has everything and generally loads of space, all you need for every exercise you do. I use this gym every other day, it keeps me fit and mentally healthy and in great shape.
