Please stop calling me. Ive picked up a few times to let them know but they end the call almost immediately. Can be frustrating as some times im on nightshift and they wake me up in the middle of the day
They keep ringing me over and over again when I have never even been farther west than Melbourne. When I pick up the phone, no one says anything and they just hang up. This is harassment.
5 months post Total Knee Replacement and a 4 week post op rehab programme provided by the hospital, the advice given was to join a gym for ongoing rehab to build strength, increase stability, balance and flexion. I decided to join Joondalup Goodlife Gym, who also offered me a couple of introductory sessions with a personal trainer, whose special interest is in knees and hips. Really friendly reception team (Shania, Haleema were especially helpful), great gym equipment, Brian also was very friendly and helpful as a PT. Love coming here !
I would like to say a shout out Cali who I had a conversation with when my car broken down an said I was more than welcome to stay in the cool . Also Ash both of these ladies are amazing . I would also like to thank the lady who help me push my car from Joondalup drive then the other 3 people that push my car into the car park definitely my heroes til RAC came.
