I am not even sure where to begin with that one, but this place has been a nightmare. 6 weeks now trying to understand, how to exit my contract. 3 weeks trying to get a copy of contract so I can understand what my options are. $17 per week + $10 per month, none of their staff understand what they are for. It's been a good gym overall but they forced a switch to using a mobile app to get access to the gym. Unfortunately this app is absolutely useless and on two occasions has resulted in me not being able to get in, because of system issues. What's wrong with using key passes that we paid for in the first place?
I’ve been a member of Goodlife Joondalup for eight years, and overall it has been an excellent gym with great staff and a strong member community. However, in recent months, equipment has gone missing, which appears to be due to theft. This issue has already been raised with staff prior to me bringing it to their attention, and they have acknowledged awareness of it, stating they had been made aware 6 months prior.
