I’d like to compliment Roberta, the manager, for being incredibly transparent and receptive. She genuinely listened and understood my feedback about possible improvements, which made me feel heard and appreciated.
It's predictable. The saunas always working and hot. The showers are always open. It's never to busy. I usually get an easy car park the air con is usually always very good although today my sister felt hot but it didn't bother me. I like this gym. There are so many closer to me and other options but I choose this one for all the reasons above. The ice tea shop below major bonus. Thankyou
Gyms not too bad, equipment is getting a little old and why on earth at 6:45am are we, adults, not permitted to use the relaxation room when we are paying for 24 hour service? Other GL locations have the relaxation rooms open from 5am, aka Springwood.
