Extremely disappointing experience at Goodlife Gym on Sunday. The staff at the front counter were incredibly difficult to deal with — rude, unhelpful, and completely unwilling to listen. Despite being a paying member, I was refused entry without a reasonable explanation. Their attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, which really let down what should be a welcoming and supportive fitness environment.
