What a disgrace ! I live now near Byron Bay - in Brisbane for work . I used to live here . Went first to Ashgrove Goodlife - broken equipment everywhere - leg equipment- tired old run down . Went to Goodlife Fortitude Valley - again what an embarrassment! Is the club going broke or selling ? Up keep is terrible - damaged equipment- even when repaired - half ass job - super old tired cheap equipment. Directors should be held accountable for this . Staff were lovely and polite and helpful.

Disappointing Experience – Serious Concerns Ignored This gym is extremely average at best. The customer service is poor, and the manager, Angela, has been consistently dismissive and lacking in empathy. I’ve requested to escalate my concerns to the regional manager, but I have yet to receive any response. Allycia Dowling I’m still waiting g!
