I signed up for this location for mostly the swimming pool. however, the pool got occupied for kid's pool lessons almost every day 7hrs averagely. The price is not the same but the flexibility of using the facility is dramatically tanking which is very disappointing

Don’t understand why the girl at the front desk has such an attitude, the customer service at this location needs an improvement.

Thanks guys! I normally don't give 5 stars.. But you guys are stellar.. Thanks for walking me through my fitness journey! Hope to live up to the expectations For anyone reading this who is not from Goodlife, I take personal training sessions at GL Centrum Whitby. The centre is large, is spacious and is full of hustle and bustle which makes you want to try harder. The trainers are brilliant, personable, and knowledgeable. Love the vibe at this gym. Lots of different spaces for people to use including an outdoor area, and women's space. Friendly staff and lots of parking.
