I recently have went for a class there .I felt like a sardine in a can. Also, the equipment is old especially the weights. Most important of all everyone’s bags and jackets laying around . It’s already a crowded small class . This makes it even more crowded with everyones stuff laying around . Would never go to another class there ever again at this location.

Jamie, Silvana, and Alessia at the GoodLife Fitness at Hwy 7 & Weston Road make my gym experience at genuinely outstanding. They’re always welcoming, professional, and care about creating a great experience for members. Whether it’s helping out on the floor, answering questions, or just bringing positive energy to the gym, they consistently go above and beyond. This is the best GoodLife I’ve ever been to, due solely to Jamie and Silvana. Their friendly, welcoming faces in the mornings makes not only my day but all their regulars! They know you by name and make the GoodLife at Northview feel more like a community than a gym. Shout out to Silvana for keeping this place absolutely spotless!
