Great gym ,lots of equipment and very clean! I never wait to have to use anything even during peak hours. The assistant general manager (Eddie) was super friendly and helped me get my membership started. He gave me the best experience ever and I will be recommending this location to all of my friends and family because of him and his amazing attitude. Oshawa GoodLife is doing customer service right
This gym is consistently WAY overcrowded, to the point where it’s virtually unusable. Couple that with their ridiculous “teen fitness” program, and you have a gym that’s impossible to get a decent workout in. Bear in mind they also don’t monitor the kids either and allow them to make a mess of the place. For whatever reason this gym also seems to refuse to use air conditioning, even when it’s 40 degrees plus outside. Don’t know about you but I don’t enjoy being soaked before even starting my workout. Great gym. I've been going here for the past 2 1/2 years and haven't had any issues. My favorite thing about this gym is the dry sauna. The staff are also great.
