My experience is very different with them, since apparently it's okay to record other people in this gym. Most of the staff, especially Arshya doesn't care about how other members feel about it. I have yet to receive a call since I was told an incident report will be documented. When one is filed, there is ALWAYS a followup call. I have yet to receive this call, a week later.
