Rude and unprofessional staff, poor customer service, an overcrowded environment, unfairly high prices, lack of accountability, long wait times, and a general disregard for customers. Overall, a very disappointing experience that I would not recommend.

If you like to have ur workout interrupted every 2 mins with someone asking u how many sets u have left on the machine and then hovering right next to u waiting for u to finish then this is the place to be. Genuinely have never gone to a women’s gym where the people working out have such bad gym etiquette. This gym is over crowded even during their less busy hours and there aren’t enough machines to accommodate the amount of people.

Great group classes, workouts, and instructors but the fitness studio is extremely warm . The small fans on the walls are inadequate for a room of 40 women. Fans are few and far between and there are no fans in the front of the room where I do the classes. The instructor as well as the majority of the women in the class, including myself, are either pre menopausal, menopausal or post menopausal women and get hot very quickly.
