Staff at this location are generally unfriendly and unwelcoming. Front desk employees often don’t greet members or acknowledge them at all, and the overall atmosphere feels cold. I’ve also had a negative interaction with a staff member that felt disrespectful and unprofessional. I raised the issue with management but never received a response, which was disappointing. I don’t come here as often because it’s very hot. The air circulation is poor. I just came back recently to check it out and noticed how dirty and dust filled the machines are (smith machine, hip abduction, for example). At the bullock location, staff are dusting and cleaning machines and weights constantly. It clearly is not a regular practice here. Disappointing.

I really enjoyed this gym overall. The amenities were great, and I appreciated the atmosphere of an all-women’s gym. It felt like it was meant to be a comfortable and welcoming space. Unfortunately, our experience was negatively impacted by an incident that made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe. Red light therapy, reformers Pilates, recovery room, hyrox training equipment and the machines of your dreams. Wish I could live here. Good life needs to create more of these!
