This gym is bright, spacious, and packed with machines. Super welcoming staff, both the morning and evening staff are great! whether you’re a beginner or a regular, you’ll feel welcome here. Some critiques: way too much Bloomberg and CP24 on most of the screens. I came to exericse and escape, not see the heavy state of the world. And we could use some more cooling and air circulation

me encanta muchísimo este gym, es perfecto y estoy agradecida de encontrar uno solo para mujeres y que sea tan bonito y esté tan completo me siento muy segura y comoda en las instalaciones ya que es exclusivo de mujeres, solo me gustaría que a futuro hubiera posibilidad de abrir un poco mas temprano para que las que entrenamos antes de ir al trabajo tengamos un poco mas de tiempo sin correr jaja, todo lo demás es excelente

I’ve had a really great experience at GoodLife Fitness for Women in Markham (Markville). The environment is welcoming, clean, and comfortable, especially for women who want a space where they can focus on their workouts without feeling intimidated. I now attend the Women's gym because I didn't feel like the McCowan-Bullock/Loblaws Goodlife addressed my sexual harassment concerns seriously, and I don't feel safe working out there anymore.
