The facilities are well-maintained and clean, with a positive atmosphere. The staff are friendly. Weights are plentiful with a good selection of machines and equipment. I am impressed generally with the staff, and specifically with personal trainer William. Gym is pretty beat up and I’ve never seen a gym staffed of people exclusively out of shape or absolutely no muscle 🤣

The gym is fine but the trainers are horrible. When I first joined I told the trainer I didn't need a trainer because I have one elsewhere, yet he kept pushing. Fast forward a few weeks later I was using a machine and a trainer asked "how many sets" and I told him I had 3 left, yet he tried to rush me so his client could use the machine. I have never had this problem at any other goodlife locations' or any other gym.
