Compared to other Goodlife locations this one is lacking ( I’ve been to locations in London, Mississauga, Hamilton and Waterloo). 1 adjustable mediocre powerlifting rack. Plus, much less machines. Pretty dreary vibe as well.
The staff is so friendly.. Equipment is always maintained. Open 24hrs. The gym is professionally managed and there's lots of trainers eager to help if you need it.
Clean and well maintained gym. Lost a star from me as my corporate membership ends this month and Goodlife has no subsidized programs for disabled seniors like me. After being a long time member I thought they could offer me a substantial discount. I enquired with Goodlife corporate and my local club. They could not come up with any meaningful discount or incentive for me to remain a member.
