Personal trainers / nutrition coach blocking potential clients / members, after inquiring and asking why. I reached out to Quynh through her public social media profile and she ignored and blocked me. Good thing to know my first experience with your employees are Unwelcoming and unprofessional.
Old guy wearing mask at the front desk was very rude to me. Not sure if he's just having a bad day. His demeanor towards me was very unwelcoming and hostile right when I entered the gym. Not really great experience when for no reason, you are treated poorly especially in a place you go to for relaxation.
I absolutely love this gym! ✨ It has such a calm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff are super kind, friendly, and always greet you with a smile that instantly makes your day better. The equipment and facilities are top-notch, always clean and well-organized no matter what time you come in. On top of that, they offer amazing classes that are both fun and motivating. Honestly, it’s a place where you feel comfortable, inspired, and excited to keep coming back! ❤️
10/10 service here, amazing amenities, and very clean! Jazz provided a welcoming experience for me and my friends and was able to help me through it all.
