I've been coming to this gym on and off for quite a while now, and I actually left a 3-star review in the past. After using the facility again over the last while, I think it's only fair to update my review because the gym has definitely improved. It's not a huge gym, I'd describe it as a smaller version of GoodLife, but it packs a surprising punch with the variety of equipment available. GoodLife Burlington is small but mighty. It’s always clean and well-organized, and the staff are incredibly friendly. A fantastic, welcoming spot for a great workout!

I've had nothing but great experiences at this GoodLife, and a huge part of that is Romario. From the moment you walk through the doors, he's always there with an incredible smile that instantly makes the gym feel welcoming. It's the kind of smile that can completely turn your day around and I'll admit, it's almost distracting enough to make you forget why you came in. Alec is hands down the best employee at this gym! From day one, he's been incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and always willing to help.
