Posting this because of their Regional manager zakarya after a bad experience at their McLaughlin location. The gym has the lowest standards of cleanliness and highest levels of attitude with their staff and regional manager. Their washrooms stink, floors are dirty, lockers are full and massage chairs don't work despite them increasing the number of members on monthly basis. I joined recently and started with the personal training 6 sessions with Rahul. It’s been going great. My goal is to loose weight and become fit to be able to play and run around with my very active children. I was able to feel a difference after 3 sessions and after 6, very happy to state was able to run around with my kids in a play area without loosing my breath. Thank you Rahul and good life. Been a member since 2003 gym is busier than ever but in bad shape bathrooms are horrible liquid on the floor everyday people have to walk thru it and then walk on the floor.

I want to give a huge thank you to Vanessa at the GoodLife Fitness location. After being given incorrect information at another location, I called Barrie feeling pretty frustrated. Vanessa completely turned that experience around. She was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me resolve my issue.
