I love this gym I’ve been coming since June 2024 and I came from LA Fitness. Love that they have a women’s section and they brought in a bunch of new machines to both women’s and unisex section. I’m sad that the tanning is going to be gone soon but it’s ok. The new massage chairs btw are so good.

The Club staff are very friendly and helpful. My trainer, Rahul, is the very best. He's really, really good at what he does. He provides a variety of routines to meet your goals, diligently keeps track of your progress and backs everything up with before and after clips so you can see the progress you are making. Not only that, he's also professional, pleasant, and has a great sense of humour, which really helps. Time flies by and I look forward to each session. I am an 81 year old woman and have just signed up for my 3rd year of personal training sessions at the Barrie Goodlife, namely because of the excellent training sessions led by Rahul, my personal trainer.
