GoodLife is a wonderful gym, encompassing many of features that easily exceed other locations across North Bay. The gym is extremely clean, and offers a wide variety of equipment for whatever your fitness goals may be. The staff are incredibly welcoming and kind, always willing to help assist their members. The yoga classes are well organized, and additional amenities such as saunas, tanning, and massage chairs are a great bonus. By far best gym ever. It’s big, bright, clean & airy. There’s tons of equipment both upstairs & on the main floor. They even have Les Mills classes that you can take. And if you can’t join the class at the times posted, then they have an On-demand option. And let’s not forget about the staff members. They are very polite, happy & always have a smile! By far the best gym in town. It’s bright, airy & very clean. Lots of different equipment to use. There’s also Les Mills classes that you can participate in. And if you can’t join when classes are held, you can use the On Demand feature. Staff here are absolutely fantastic. The highlight of my day when I come in for my workout.
