I hate the reason I’m having to write this review, but we were in a car accident today with my family along I-70. We were nowhere close to home in Oklahoma, but the ER and the entire staff treated us like one of them. Like family. We experienced quick and thorough medical treatment which was explained to us in great detail about why decisions were being made. Dr Rubenthaler and all the staff are so accommodating and nice.
Went to the emergency room on the 19th and was quite ill. After being admitted everyone was awesome. A special thank you to Janice E and Susan R for your coming back in to run additional tests that first night. I had excellent care while in the hospital and am still receiving while getting additional IV antibiotics. You guys are great and I’m lucky enough to have you for co workers also!
I was traveling through the area and needed to visit the emergency room. The doctor, nurses, assistants, and pharmacist next door were all helpful, pleasant and friendly. Thank you for living up to the small-town, mid-west, friendly and hospitable reputation!
Never have a problem when seen by my doctor!! Love her nurses and they always call to check on my health after I've been seen!
