John (owner of Goodland Floors) created a beautiful "floating floor" for me in my carpeted dining room. He was punctual, reliable, and easy to work with. I am very very pleased with the way it turned out!
I hired John to assist with re-grouting my shower tile -and- fixing chipped tiles around toilet due to his responsiveness and positive online reviews. He always responded timely, kept me updated on his availability and progress, and completed the project in two days at a fair price. I will surely use him again in the future as needs arise.

Goodland flooring is professional, reliable, and responsive!! I will be hiring John again for any other floor work I have. We remodeled an old 1950’s farm house and ran into some major flooring and structural issues. He also repaired our bathroom floor within one day of me contacting him. I just recently bought a Condo in Goleta. One of the most important upgrades for me was new flooring. Goodland Floors’ John (owner) was the best choice, completing an absolutely beautiful floor job. John installed luxury vinyl at a decent cost, with such professionalism. John is very reliable and polite, finishing the installation in a timely manner, with good care and a smile.
