Future buyers beware. The HOA is run by the developer. Customer service is nonexistent. Marcus the HOA manager who is supposedly running that place is terrible at his job and needs to be quickly replaced with somebody who actually serves the HOA fee paying members of this community.
First I want to say how impressed with the building of my home. History makers are amazing and with one salesperson in particular Grace at the waxahachie location is the reason for my purchase from History makers. I didn’t purchase in here area because I looked another location better. But even though I didn’t purchase in her area her communication was great even after my purchase. I visited this community and the HistoryMaker Homes model today. The HistoryMaker model was beautiful and the sales counselor was great.
