I showed up at 8:25am this morning for my 8:30am scheduled haircut appointment. Edgar, once again showed up late to cut my hair. Multiple text messages from him adding time to his late arrival. By the time he arrived, he told me he had a client in the next 5-10min and that I will have to come another time. At this point I fired him. The haircut was straight up just bad. I didn't get the haircut I requested. The Barber not only cutoff way more hair than I asked for, but he also wasn't skilled enough to cut my hair. Experience is key and in this case, neither skill nor professionalism met the moment. If you couldn't cut my type of hair, just tell me. Honestly goes a lot further than faking it. Been going to Edgar for almost a year. Every cut has been great and consistent. The shop is chill and always a good conversation as well.

Been twice so far great spot, I always walk out looking great, the guys are fun to talk to and incredible at what they do!
