We purchased a Tappen furnace 9 years ago and it has a 10 year warranty through our contractor and the furnace was sold by Goodin. Even though it has a 10 year warranty they have refused to fix this. Our contranctor has been in numorous contact with them...they did replace the air exchanger which was cracked but it did not fix the problem. The furnace does not work and they have refused to continue to fix this. Customers beware...they do not stand by the warranty that is issue with the furnace.
