My wife and I needed our wedding rings resized. Alan Goodheart took on the job and said it would be ready before our 33rd wedding anniversary. He got the new rings sized and stayed within the promised date. In addition, my wife's ring with the customized original design was as immaculate as when we first married. While Alan said he would fix anything if it was not to our satisfaction, we both knew that these rings were going to last.
The staff spent the time with me to satisfy my needs and gave me outstanding service and value.
TERRIBLE LOCATION IN COURTYARD. TO FAR FROM PARKING LOT AND HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE WEATHER. I called for Directions and the Brother couldn't even help me find there Shop easily. If you want Good Service and the Work done on your jewelry Guaranteed, then go to a Different Jewelry Store!! If you have time for mistakes, then try your Fate at Goodheart's. Please Don't make the same Mistake I did. There are Reviews for a reason ;) ~Unsatisfied Shopper~
