I have been going to Dr. Goodheart for 30 years. I have never had a bad experience. The rest of his staff is patient, considerate, kind and fun. I would recommend him to anyone that is afraid if dentists. He saves any tooth he can.
Dr. Goodheart is not only an excellent dentist, he is also very good at making sure you don’t have pain during your procedure. I’m a big baby when it comes to going to the dentist but I have no qualms about visits to Dr. Goodheart’s office. The fees are quite reasonable, the hygienists who do cleanings are great. I highly recommend this office!
SMH! I got a letter from my insurance and I was pretty confused. At first I was thinking that it was some kind of mistake. But @GOODHEART charged me FULL PRICE for all my work at their office and after I paid what they said I owed them, they THEN charged my insurance for the money that they were supposed to take OFF my bill that I already paid IN FULL! Ends up that they did this EVERY SINGLE TIME I went in and I didn't know it, because... I trusted them. I never questioned the charges. DUMB of me! But I've learned my lesson.... read more
I visited Dr. Goodheart for the first time this week, and I had a great experience. Dr. Goodheart and his staff were friendly and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Goodheart and his team.
I have been going to Dr. Goodheart for over a decade. Friendly, Honest and all around good dentist.
If and when dealing with this practice, pay very close attention to how you are billed. After 6 years, we were appalled to discover the truth and quit them immediately. Beware.
Not even worth the one star rating!!! Treated like a kid. Very terrible experience. They are not very knowledgeable or professional. Reception extremely rude (won't let you have an appointment if you've rescheduled a few times) Money-wise, they belittle you in a tough economy. Will NEVER go back and will be posting nasty reviews all over!
