Today is my last visit to this business, and I am deeply disappointed and disrespected by the way I was treated. After being a loyal customer for over five years with Chris at his previous location and later at this one. I never imagined I would encounter such poor service and disregard for my time and respect. I had a 1:00 pm appointment today but, due to traffic (I live an hour away), I arrived about 15 minutes late. Chris really took the time to make sure everything was perfect. He listened to what I wanted with my coloring and was meticulous with the haircut. Everything costed $245 (haircut was $45) which is super affordable. My only downside was the female assistant was a bit rough with my hair (washing and coloring), but it didn’t ruin my experience.
This is a bad review for Vicky. I came here wanting to dye my hair and get brown highlights. After showing her videos and pictures of what I wanted she convinced me they were blonde highlights. The results look nothing like what I asked for. There's also large clumps of blonde highlights hidden in the back I didnt see until I got home. It looks so bad on my skin tone.
