Got blood work done 2 months ago. I call the office multiple times a week to discuss my results and Dr. Goodgold is miraculously never there. At this point I'm 100% sure they lost my results. UCHA portal doesn't even work so I can't even see the labs or bring them to another doctor to explain them to me. Been on the "call-back" list for 2 months. They take FOREVER and the staff will run you in circles until you give up. Absolutely DO NOT recommend!
This office is the worst! Trying to get through to the main office is awful. Forever on hold, I leave messages for Dr. Goodgold to call me back and he never does, days go by without hearing from anyone. I always have to place a 2nd or 3rd even 4th phone call before hearing back from anyone. The worst ever!
