To whom it made concern, LaShaun was very good with her professionalism. She also had a strong contact or communication, which is always necessary and she was willing to make things possible to be successful in any way and you need to keep her because she is definitely an asset to the company.
Very friendly & helpful staff, and more reasonable pricing than other similar facilities.

When I moved in my stuff the monthly rental fee was $150 then that change to 268 what's shortly changed to 370 now. When I called to try to get a lower rate they told me there's nothing they can do for me.
Aaliyah was very courteous,professional and helpful both on phone and in person.Helped me right away and made process painless!
