From the arranged 1st meeting, to the scope of the work (I thought we needed more than Matt thought), to showing up on time on workday, to the teamwork of the group, to the completion of the work and hauling off of the debris -- we have only good things to say. It is a well run business and they exceeded our expectations without charging more than the job was worth.
matt and i have done business for over a year. he is a pleasure to do business with being knowlegable, responsive, thorough, and affordable. the work gets done properly and as agreed upon.
Goodfellers was first class all the way. They were reasonably priced and did excellent work. They cleaned the area and except for the missing trees, you'd have never known that they were there. I will definately call them again when I need to remove a tree.
September 10 , 2011 was the second time I have had work performed by Matt and his crew. As with the first experience, I am very pleased with the results. Matt is a very personable individual with a very professional ethic. The work was completed in a timely manner, and after they finished cleaning up, you could hardly tell they had been here. I have and will continue to use Goodfellers for my tree services and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for this type of work. Curtis Simmons
Matt (owner) responded immediately to my parents call for help after a huge tree fell on our Colonial Beach cottage during Hurricane Irene. Just as my uncle and I laid down to sleep, the 100+ year old Willow Oak fell as best she could, but still took off the corner of the house and landed her upper most branches on my van and the house the door.
