I took a picture about a repair on my above ground pool and sent it to Steve, he courteously gave me an estimate then told me how to repair it myself, with good directions, if I wanted to save the money I appreciate the fact that he took the time even though it cost him Thanks, Steve
a pool umbrella blew into our vinyl pool leaving a slice in the liner and losing water quickly. normally id patch it myself but have been sick (stomach bug). i googled and called Goodfellas and tho they were very busy they understood my predicament, came after hours and repaired the cut. i cant speak highly enough about Goodfellas. you rarely see/receive this type of "customer service" anymore today. if you are having any type of problem with your pool Goodfellas should be your first call.
