I recently had my car serviced at Goodfellas Motors and had a great experience from start to finish. They were professional, honest, and took the time to clearly explain what was going on with my vehicle instead of trying to upsell unnecessary repairs. The service was done in a timely manner, and I really appreciated how communicative they were throughout the process. I love my new truck I got from them! Very good and easy people to work with and a lot of nice vehicles in stock. I will definitely use them for used car needs in the future
Scott, the owner, has a BAD reputation. If you look at his reviews carefully, all of the bad reviews have the MOST support (likes) and all of his best reviews have minimal credibility. Scott consistently provides LOW QUALITY customer service and doesn’t seem to care about his image or reputation. Please do not support this business.
BE WARNED!! Scott is very unpleasant to deal with. He insulted me for questioning him about the price of a salvage title vehicle.
