Buying a car from them is great, but once you own it, you discover issues with the car that they did not tell you about beforehand. When I bought my Durango, the first issue was the brakes, which they had to replace themselves, which I told them to do, but it was a fight. After having the car for less than a month, I started having issues with it shutting down on its own at stoplights and getting codes with the issue, so I had to fix that. Bought a Jeep and the experience was amazing. Scott and Sarah were a pleasure to work with. After the initial test drive, we discovered an issue with the vehicle, and they offered to fix it and still keep the agreed upon price. Would definitely work with this team again.
Would give zero stars if I could.... my friend had to replace the transmission with in months of getting her vehicle from this place. Had her "warranty" cover the cost after over a month of waiting to get it covered. Not even a month later and the head gasket is bad. The communication is trash, quality is trash. Just move on from this place if you are even thinking of buying here.
I will NEVER recommend this place.. after two months I had to get my transmission replaced… a few months after coolant is leaking, spark plugs are bad, gasket issues and more.. I’ve callled multiples of times and have not gotten through to them.. my sister called and they hung up on her! This place is a joke
