My Barber, Jonny, was completely negligent in how I wanted my hair to be cut. I had previously gotten a style I liked from him, for which I had to be highly specific in what I wanted, but I had a much worse experience this latest time around. I cut my hair, at the shortest, from chin to shoulder length. I don't like short hair, and the previous two times I had Jonny cut my hair, I made him aware of this. Really happy with this place. I go to George here, but the other barbers seem really good too. Very skilled and reasonably priced. They seem like they cut pretty to much to any request or photo.
I did a walk in and got absolutely obliterated. I asked for a mid fade and 1/2 off the top. I showed him reference photos and specifically asked for him the fade low. He buzzed all the way to corners of my head and left me with 1.5 inches of hair. I previously had around 7 inches of hair on the top of my head. All I wanted was to shorten up my textured fringe and I walked away looking like I'm about to enlist. I was given a business card and I threw it out immediately. Took the guy an hr just to cut one side of my hair a whole inch shorter than the other side. They need to invest in glasses and a damn ruler.
