I usually have a good experience at this place but last night at 5pm I went in for a pretty standard hair and my barber STRAIGHT UP gave up 3/4 of the way through. He was trying to style the top of my hair and couldn't figure it out so he gave up. It was humiliating. Not only did I have pay full price but since I rescheduled it from 2:30 to 5pm I was charged twice. This is not acceptable. If you can't finish cutting my hair get someone who can. Don't do that to anyone else ever again. Do better.

Got a cut here for the first time the other day. Johnathan cut my hair. Had a lil trouble explaining what I really wanted but He knew what I meant and did a great job , constantly asking for feedback and reassuring me and making sure everything was to my liking. I think I found my go to barbershop

I booked an appointment for 7 hours before the actual time and even got a confirmation. Then, out of nowhere, the shop canceled on me with no explanation. No apology, no attempt to fit me in, nothing. I’d arranged my day around. If this is how they treat scheduled customers, I wouldn’t trust them with a simple trim, let alone anything more detailed. Unprofessional and unreliable. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere, and I suggest you do the same.
